PNTours Group Contract
Your contract will be with
PNTours, a Jordanian tour
operator, license no 100012942 at
the Ministry of Tourism &
Antiquities. PNTours is a
member of the Jordan Tourism Board
and ASTA.
Confirmation
PNTours requests the
following information for the
reservation:

Name of individuals.
-
Number of guests, number of
hotel rooms, specify type of
rooms and features (i.e. smoking
or non-smoking, handicapped,
suite, twin, double rooms…etc.).

Meal plan.
-
Arrival and departure time
(flight details).
-
Special requests.
Amendment:
Any amendment made to the original
booking is subject to availability.
If the full payment has been
received, and/or voucher has been
issued, NO administrative fees will
be charged.
Payment policy:
PNTours requires a
deposit of 25 % of the total payment
within 7 days of your booking.
Deposits can only be made by bank or
you may send via Western Union or by
credit cards (Visa or Master card).
Balance of payment had to be done
upon arrival before check in.
Mode of payment:
Overseas advance payment can be made
through telegraphic / wire transfer
to our bank or through mail
authorization through Master/Visa
credit card. Upon arrival in Jordan,
the payment can be made through
currency notes or through
Master/Visa/American Express credit
card. In case of payment through
credit card, the bank
/administrative charges - as
applicable - will be levied over the
total amount. Our bank details are:

Payment by Credit Card
Requirements:
If you want to pay by credit card,
the following documents are required
to enable our accountant to charge
your credit card for the agreed
services:

A copy of your passport.
-
A copy of both sides of your
credit card with your own
signature.

An authorization letter to
PNTours allowing the
withdrawal of the required
amount from your credit card
with original signature (same
one should appear in your credit
card and passport).
These documents should be received
by fax or e-mail, otherwise we won't
be able to proceed with your
request.
Cancellation policy for FIT:
Cancellation should be received in
written form. The following
cancellation fees will apply:
If we receive notice of your
cancellation between 30 and 45
days before departure you will
lose 50% of the cost of your
holiday.
If we receive notice of your
cancellation between 22 and 29
days before departure you will
lose 75% of the cost of your
holiday.
If we receive notice of your
cancellation between 8 and 21
days before departure you will
lose 90% of the cost of your
holiday.
If we receive notice of your
cancellation 7 days or fewer
before departure you will lose 100%
of the cost of your holiday.
No refund will be made for no show
and any accommodation,
transportation, sight seeing, meals
or service not utilized by any
person after the tour has begun.
Accommodation:
Unless otherwise stated, generally
it is based on two persons sharing a
room (twin sharing). Room for single
occupant is available with a
supplement. Hotels are named as an
indication/guide of category and
rooms may be reserved at similar
establishments. Published prices are
based on tariff and other costs
prevailing at the time of printing,
and are subject to change without
notice.
Child policy:
-
Children below 2 years of age:
free when sharing parents' room.

Children below 12 years of age:
25-50% discount when sharing
parents' room (no extra bed).
Exact discount depends on your
booked accommodation.

Children of 12 years and above
are considered as adults.
Insurance:
Excluded. PNTours advises
all clients to insure themselves and
their belongings.
Passport & Visas:
Passengers are responsible in
ensuring that they are in possession
of the correct travel documents upon
departure. All travelers must carry
a valid passport and appropriate
visa if requested. Please check with
PNTours or the nearest
consulate office for information
concerning visa.
Liabilities:

All itineraries given by PNTours are
sample and guideline of a tour,
intended to give you a general
idea of the trip and its
schedule. Numerous factors such
as weather, road conditions, the
physical ability of the
participants etc may dictate
changes to itinerary either
before the tour or while on the
trail. PNTours reserves the right to
change any schedule for the best
interest of the trip
participants' safety, comfort &
general well being.

Our rates are based on the
prevailing rates as negotiated
by us with the hotels and
transportation companies etc.
Hotels and transportation
companies retain the right to
modify the rates without notice.
In case of such changes the
rates quoted before the
modification, can be changed by
PNTours according to the
modifications. All hotel
bookings are based on usual
check in (3 PM) and check out
time (12 noon) of the hotels.

PNTours shall not be responsible for
any delays and alterations in
the program or expenses incurred
- directly or indirectly - due
to natural hazards, flight
cancellations, accident,
breakdown of machinery or
equipments, breakdown of
transport, weather, sickness,
landslides, political closure or
any untoward incidents.

PNTours shall not be responsible for
any loss, injury or damage to
person, property, or otherwise
in connection with any
accommodation, transportation or
other services, resulting -
directly or indirectly - from
any act of God, dangers, fire,
accident, breakdown in machinery
or equipment, breakdown of
transport, wars, civil
disturbances, strikes, riots,
thefts, pilferages, epidemics,
medical or custom department
regulations, defaults, or any
other causes beyond our control.

PNTours do not have any insurance
policy covering the expenses for
accident, sickness, loss due to
theft, or any other reasons.
Visitors are advised to seek
such insurance arrangements in
their home country. All baggage
and personal property/s at all
times are at the client's risk.

PNTours reserve the right at any
time by giving the notice in
writing to cancel this
agreement, should the 2nd party
fail to fulfill the terms and
conditions.
Complaints:
Should there be a cause for
complaint whilst on holiday, then
this must be brought to the
attention of the management who will
do their best to rectify the
situation. However, if no action on
such nature taken by you whilst on
holiday, but later write a letter of
complaint upon return to home
country, regret that this letter of
complaint will not be entertained.
However, should the complaint
brought forward in person remain
unsolved by the supplier, then a
follow up letter on the complaint
should be made in writing to PNTours within 28 days of the
completion of the holiday. |
